These terms apply to your use of the JG Centre website (jgcentre.com.au) and to enquiries made through it. By using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Product information & pricing
We work hard to keep product details accurate, but specifications, colours, features and prices can change without notice and may vary by model year. Images are for illustration and may show optional accessories. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A price is confirmed only when we give you a written quote or invoice.
3. Stock & availability
New and second-hand stock is subject to availability. Showing a model on this website does not guarantee it is in stock. Please call before travelling to view a specific machine.
4. Finance
Finance is provided by a third-party credit provider. Approval is subject to that provider's lending criteria, and fees, charges and terms apply. Repayment figures from our online estimator are indicative only and are not a quote or offer of credit. JG Centre does not provide credit or financial advice. See finance terms.
5. Warranty & consumer guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
New machines also carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty terms vary by brand and model; ask us at the time of purchase. Manufacturer warranties may not cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, accidents or unauthorised modifications. Second-hand machines are sold with any warranty stated on your invoice, and your consumer guarantee rights still apply.
6. Servicing & repairs
- Online booking requests are not confirmed until we contact you to arrange a drop-off time.
- Quotes are estimates. If we find extra work is needed, we will contact you for approval before going ahead.
- Please collect your machine promptly once we let you know it is ready; storage fees may apply to machines left uncollected.
- Payment is due on collection unless otherwise agreed.
7. Safe operation
Ride-on mowers, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides and motorbikes can cause serious injury if used incorrectly. Always read the operator's manual, wear appropriate safety gear, follow age, passenger and slope recommendations, and comply with Queensland laws and workplace health and safety requirements. Ask our team for a handover walkthrough on any new machine.
8. Website use
Content on this website belongs to JG Centre or is used with permission. Brand names, logos and product images are the property of their respective owners. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, JG Centre is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.
